So Brandon, a photographer himself, arrived early with a simple cover story. He was there to take photos of the skyline. Very believable. The original plan was for me to casually offer to take a photo of the two of them. I would ask Ivina if she had a preferred side, snap a few photos, and then swap cameras as Brandon stepped out of frame and went down on one knee.

But sometimes the best moments happen before the plan has a chance to play out.

After that, we stayed right there for a relaxed mini photo session. The energy was light, happy, and unhurried. Lots of laughter, long hugs, and that just engaged glow that does not need direction.
